10 Photos to Inspire Your Trip to Thailand
Thailand was my first introduction to the world of Southeast Asia.
From the bustling city of Bangkok, to the jungle north near the Golden Triangle, to the beaches of the South, Thailand can provide something for every type of traveler. There are no shortage of adventure activities for those brave enough to try. For the foodies, there is a multitude of street food vendors to sample.
I was definitely excited to venture into this world of street food, colorful markets, and temples, and Thailand certainly was a great introduction to this area of the globe. The locals were all very friendly, and I was able to easily navigate the markets armed with just a few Thai words. The Asian elephants were so sweet and friendly – it is truly a magical experience to meet them (just be sure to do your research to make sure the reserve you visit treats their animals well)!
